UK orders: Please allow 2–4 weeks for your PFYL product to be made before dispatch. Once ready, your order will be dispatched the following day via Royal Mail.

International orders: Please allow 2–4 weeks for your PFYL product to be made before dispatch. Delivery costs and times will depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns Policy:

We currently have a no-returns policy. (Sorry!)

Please treat your Penny or Charming with care. To keep it in optimal condition, avoid water, perfumes, direct sunlight and knocks, and store it safely when not worn. Natural wear over time adds character, but we can’t take responsibility for damage caused by improper care. With a little love and care, your piece will continue to make your loafers a little more charming.
